Nancy- January 2022; It's a nice building and close to Waikiki. The building elevators are always crowded when we are there, we had to wait for awhile to go up and down every time. The owner will also change the TV to a smart TV so the internet can work on it and future guests can watch shows from streaming. Otherwise we had a pleasant staying.

Ai- November 2021; Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful corner unit. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The place is super clean and very well stocked with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was an ideal arrangement for us with a larger bed in the main bedroom for the parents and two twins in the second bedroom for the two kids. (There is also a sofa bed in the living room.) We really enjoyed spending time in the lagoon, which is right behind the building. Thank you for everything!

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to consider travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.
