What a delightful home while in Honolulu

Our family had a delightful reunion-vacation in Oahu. We rented these two units side by side with a delightful marina/ocean view. Both units were homey, comfortable and welcoming, and maximize space well. They were more than adequately accessorized for accommodating meals in and fixing lunches to go, including coolers. For beach and ocean, there were snorkels,boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs. The location is ideal with many destinations and resources a short walk away, with easy access to drive away from Honolulu to the rest of Aohu.Everything from Waikiki beach being only a stone's throw away to having great pizza on the street level Harbor Pub directly below-and many things in between-made this such a great choice for our family.Hard to imagine going back and not staying here again.

Fantastic place provided everything you need the only thing I wasn't keen on oas I AMA light sleeper it was noisy up to roughly 12 - 1am as the apartment is directly above the bar. Bar is fantastic though and cheap for drinks.

This apartment was great for my husband and and and our 2 kids aged 7 and 2. There was plenty of room for the four of us compared to a hotel room and it offered the added convenience of a full kitchen. The view of the marina was amazing especially on Friday night when the fireworks took place.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo had everything we needed. It is clean and well appointed. At the edge of Waikiki, the location is convenient and relatively quiet. We appreciated that the owners provided beach chairs and other beach items for use. Thank you for a great stay!

Location, location, location! Loved waking up to a marina view every morning! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks over the lagoon. Convenient parking on site. Easy walk to shops, dining and beach! Every amenity we needed in unit. Would stay here again!

We loved the location. Easy parking. Steps from Waikiki and overlooking the marina. Bonus fireworks show out our window! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance! Felt very safe and secure! Would stay here again!

Aloha. Thank you for the use of your property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. Wonderful walking around Waikiki and to Ala Moana Mall and Ward Cener. Access to food markets and bus routes was perfect. Our stay in the condo was very nice. Beautiful view of the harbor and Friday night fireworks. We would definitely stay there again. Maholo! This place has location, location, location. It's at the end of Waikiki a stone's throw from the Hilton Hawaiian village and within a 20 minute walk to the Ala Moana shopping center. A choice of beaches within walking distance, good restaurants, including some local places that don't charge tourist prices. The listing is is accurate. Including the fireworks! The place is property-managed, so expect an efficient checkin and procedures without personal contact.

The Ilikea Marina is a great place to stay because of its location. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, Ala Moana beach and the Ala Moana center. The apartment suited our needs and had all the amenities we wanted. Public transport is very close and the view overlooking the marina and beach is great.

We had the most fantastic stay in this apartment. It was soo clean and tidy. We had a little baby in the room with us and it worked well because of the sliding door between the bedroom and living. The only downside is the outside noise is very noticeable. In the evening you hear the music from the bar downstairs and trucks going down the street. We checked a number of times to see if the windows and doors were shut. The location is very good for the lagoon and public transport is close by. It is a bit of a walk to the main Waikiki beach so I would reccommend catching the local bus.

Very nice location. Close to Waikiki, shopping and beach. Garage access was nice and easy. Condo was adequately stocked. We ended up buying soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc, not realizing it was adequately supplied for the week. Plenty of clean bath towels. Nice to have beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, and a cooler bag. All in all, the condo exceeded my expectations.
 
The only negative points are: (1) there is no dishwasher despite it being listed as an amenity. Not a big deal as they provide a rack and dish soap. (2) Not enough large pans/pots. It was difficult cooking breakfast for the family at times. I had to use two pans for pancakes. (3) TV remote doesn't work. I think the batteries are out. and (4) In order to work the DVD, you had to manually connect the cables. Very nice selection of DVDs provided.
 
In summary, great place to stay. Reasonable rate per night. We would consider staying here again if our plans take us back to Waikiki.

This is our 4th visit to this Condo we both love it, we much preferred the original floor covering the new lino makes it very stark and hard, the bed has been fitted with sponge rubber pad which tends to slide around , the lanai sliding door could do with some attention its very hard to slide and the lock hard to operate, also the pots & pans need replacing, apart from this we will return we find the location perfect and I have recommended this condo to my colleagues its very interesting to view the night life from not too far up, and easy walking distance to the shopping centre, food pantry etc. Our holiday over too quickly until next time.

Loved our stay there,a very comfy bed which is very important and a gorgeous view out the window at constant eye level of the Marina outside. Handy to everything,great shopping and restaurants a very short walk and lovely swimming in the sea close by. My personal favourite,favourite place to stay..highly recommend...however not too much or we might not be able to get it again

Condo was exactly as shown on the website. We stayed for 8 nights Oct 16.
Very close to a small 7/11 type supermarket. McDonalds/ Subway are also nearby if you have children. Close to restaurants all bus connections including tour buses.
The Ala Moana Shopping Centre was about a 2 km walk. Waikiki Main Beach is about a 4km distance away.
It can be a little noisy on a Friday & Sat nights due to a Hotel directly below the condo.
Only a 10 minute walk to the beach/ lagoon near the Hilton.
Overall the condo is very good. Would definitely recommend.

My husband I stayed here for 10 nights June/July 2016. We loved the condo, looked exactly like advertising. Was clean and spacious and well equipped. The view was magnificent and perfect for watching the fireworks. Convenient location - easy walk to Waikiki and Ala Moana shopping centre. Also The Bus stop was right at the corner to anywhere.
If I had to make a suggestion for improvement it would be to instal a clothes washer and dryer. Laundry is available on 8th floor but quite busy. Only a suggestion in an otherwise perfect holiday accommodation. Would definitely return and have already recommended to friends.

Condo was exactly as shown on the website. Perfect spot and everyone involved, from the cleaners to the security guards, were very helpful. Felt very safe having 24hr security as this was our first trip out of Australia. Highly recommend!

We feel at home since we opened the door. Everything is very clean with a spectacular view, the Friday night we could not be in a better place for fireworks and our daughter was very happy for beach accessories, our stay was like a dream come true, there is no better place in waikiki, this is excellent.

Unit is in a great location with superb views - apartment was clean if a little tired in certain areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, auto check in and 3/4 restaurants right below and a convenience store on the corner. Lagoon & beach 4 minute walk away and the apartment had all beach accessories included. Laundry on 8th Floor was great especially when you are on a 12 day holiday. Would definitely stay here again. Was good alternative for a couple with a 15 year old - plenty of space with room to move, much better than a hotel room.

The Ilikai Marina condos were perfect for our 4 night stay in the downtown Waikiki area. We ran the Honolulu Marathon and it was an easy walk to the starting line. Close to many shops and restaurants as well as the marina. If you're lucky enough to be there on a Friday night, you have a perfect view of the fireworks from the lanai.
The check-in/out process with keyless entry was super convenient and while the condo building is on the older side, the unit was incredibly clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped as well.
One minor complaint is regarding the noise at night from the nearby restaurants that play live music. This was only an issue the night before the race when we had to turn in early for our 2am wake up call.
Would definitely recommend this condo for a convenient and comfortable stay.

A great place to stay if you want to stay around the Waikiki tourist area. This condo faces the marina and you can see part of Waikiki Beach and the Hilton Lagoon.
condo: it's very clean, convenient. Everything you need is provided..however I'm not sure if there's laundry since we didn't use it. There's a queen size bed it looks like in the bedroom but the outside sofa bed is more like a twin size. Can probably fit 1 big size adult or 2 small kids. Well maintain condo. The balcony however is very small. Smaller than I thought it would be.
Area: It's right by all the shopping areas. Walking distance to the Waikiki beach but it's more toward the end of the strip.
Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it's very loud in the morning due to the Marina. There are a lot of traffic so if you want more peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also at night, may be a little loud since there's a restaurant/bar beneath the building. I didn't mind too much with that since we are out most of the day/night. I would recommend it since the price is great for the area!

What a beautiful location and spectacular view across the Marina. Very handy to beaches, restaurants and buses. This apartment far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable and lovely to come back to after busy days out and about. Very well equipped throughout. We highly recommend it and would love to re visit. Inga and Heidi

There was so many things to like about this apartment. Early self check in so no worries about having to carry keys with you. Apartment exactly as shown on the photos. Clean and spacious. Fantastic views and best seat in the house for watching the fireworks. Walking distance to the lagoon beach shops and restaurants. Would definitely return and recommending to my friends in Australia

We loved our stay at the Ilikai, and will definitely be staying there in the future! Very convenient, close to Waikiki Beach and shopping, very clean and nicely decorated, nice view. Having the conveniences of "home" was the best, a fully stocked kitchen, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels. Can't wait to stay there again!

Our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn't be luckier to have chosen this accommodation. The room was completely accommodating, full equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, great views of Marina and the lagoon, including Friday's fireworks. The place was well maintained, very clean. It was great to be out of the main Waikiki hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment.

My wife & I stayed at this Condo for 6 nights when we come again which we will we will definitely stay longer , great location very handy to the ala Moana centre being just over the bridge (10mins walk) we cannot praise this place enough I work for air New Zealand and have already passed the information on this Condo on to my colleagues , the most useful piece of equipment in the Condo being a very large beach bag thanks guys very handy for carrying home our groceries from the Food Pantry -good food , great salads, the only disadvantage of me praising this location is that we may not be able to get a booking later on this year -mahalo

The pictures of the Condo do not do it justice, you have to see the place to truly appreciate it. We felt right at home and loved the location, the beaches nearby and the staff were great. There was some tree trimming that occurred one morning while we were out and the view became even more spectacular. Only a couple of things that we found, like the ice dispenser did not work and one of the beach chair legs were bent and we couldn't use it, but everything there we needed for our stay was there. We would love to visit it again and really made our honeymoon/my 50th birthday the best ever. Mahalo!
