Easy keyless check in upon arrival. The unit was very clean and the view of the beach was amazing. We loved the convenience of being to cook some of our meals in the kitchen to save some money. Bed was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Very nice and close to the beach and lagoon (don't have to walk across any roads to get there!). Fireworks show on Friday night easily viewed from the lanai. Great to have a full fridge, freezer and stove/oven. Room was clean, quiet, 2 towels per person plus beach towels.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the restaurant and store downstairs was so convenient ! The apartment was so clean and the extra set of towels, beach towels and beach chairs was appreciated. I would recommend this property and would go back again.

Great place, beautiful views and easy check in. Host didn't reply to us at all however on a question we had. Also the pool was not great so we didn't use it but it was right on the beach anyway so that was amazing!
 
Our phone number is on the refrigerator, in the condo instructions and on a business card in the condo. We did not get a call from this Guest.

I have stayed in a few different units of the Ilikai before and all are clean and well looked after. Great ocean view and breeze keeps the place cool without the a/c. The only thing missing was a safe for valuables. The building is secure so I wasn't too worried. Will stay again!

We stayed 10 days at this lovely condo. Pictures on the website were exactly what we had. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Bathroom and balcony were spacious. Nice touch with the beach towels but a smaller hard sided cooler would be nice. Only thing needing attention is the closet doors which we had to struggle with to open. Great feature was the long distance calling available for free. Great TV and I could go on and on. Would recommend this condo anytime to anyone. Thank you!

Great location! Near the best beach bars, ocean, lagoon, fireworks view and at the trolley stop to take you downtown Waikiki if you aren't up for the ten minute walk!

The condo's location couldn't be any better. It's right next to the Hilton and offers a speechless view of the ocean and the fireworks show on Friday night. The bed was big and comfy and the place was very clean. I loved the self check-in and check-out.

Nice place, easy access, walking distance to Ala Moana mall, etc. On the edge of Waikiki so easy to get to. No problems at all - definitely recommend it. On Friday nights you will have a front and center view of the fireworks next door (which could be a good or bad thing depending on your preferences)."

We had such a lovely time staying in this condo. It is equipped with everything you might need for a Waikiki vacation, the bed is comfortable, the internet and AC work fantastically well and the view does not disappoint. We will definitely come back.

I rented the condo for a week for my daughter, my girlfriend and myself as a graduation present for my daughter. The condo was just as it was pictured on the website. Very comfortable bed, and daughter even stated that futon that folds out into a bed was very comfortable as well. I will be going back to Hawaii for years to come and i plan on staying in this exact unit every chance that i can. The air conditioner worked great, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the unit was very clean. If i have to even mention 1 negative, it was the $28 per day for parking. But the savings I got by renting the condo more than paid for the parking.

This unit had everything you need. Views, position and ammenities. The internet was def high speed and handy for me to keep on top of my business whilst away. We will definitely be be making another booking for this place. It was faultless. It was handy having the snorkelling equipment and beach towels for use. Why waste money on a hotel when you can have a kitchen and make your own meals and not waste money on a mini bar.
Dealing with HVP was so easy. We had a couple of requests and by the afternoon they were fulfilled.
5 Stars from me.

We had a wonderful time in the condo (1636) at the Ilikai. It was just like the photos, and snorkels and fins were provided, as well as beach chairs and umbrella, though we didn't use them. We slept well there as it was very peaceful at night. All in all it was a superb vacation and we would definitely return there. Probably the best place to stay at Waikiki if you're looking for peace and quiet and a gorgeous view.
Just wanted you to know that we had a great time and appreciated your kindness in
fixing the (slightly) blocked sink and letting us have a late checkout.

Awesome BEST ROOM /LOCATION...

This would have to be the best location in Waikiki. It is away from the hustle and bustle and noise but only a short 10 min walk to the main centre along the beach.
We used Hawaiian Vacation Properties LLC who were fantastic. I was a bit unsure cause we only had communication via email but there was no problem at all. When I sent emails to make enquiries they responded straight away.
When we opened up the room you could smell it was clean. Everything was spotless. And it had everything you could need. There were beach chairs, boogie board and snorkelling gear left for us to use. It also has a full kitchen just in case you want to cook breaky, lunch or dinner. Full Wi-Fi in room.
The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in whilst on holidays and the pillows were super soft. Room was inviting and comfortable.
We had a fireworks / ocean /pool view. It was magnificent. The friday night fireworks were amazing and we had uninterrupted views of the ocean and the lagoon. It was magic sitting on the lanai each evening drinking a few cocktails and watching the sunset over the ocean.
The lagoon was wonderful to swim in and it would be ideal for anyone with little children. Just a 2 mins walk from the unit.
The pool was also great.
The Waikiki Trolley has a stop in front of the hotel and the Tour Booking Girls at the hotel were fantastic. The Cinnamon restaurant is on the ground floor as well. We only had breaky there a few times but they make the best pancakes and at reasonable price.
The Ala Moana Shopping Centre is only 1 trolley stop away or a nice 10 min stroll. It has a huge market place and lots of great shopping. Lots of nice restaurants too.
So glad we stayed here and we will definately stay here again next time we visit.
I don't think you could get a better room/location.

Spent five nights with my wife and two daughters. Definitely too short especially with this place. They loved the place especially the view of the lagoon and the beach. I loved the proximity to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and the beach towels, cooler and beach seats are a real plus. The location is a sweet spot with its proximity to Waikiki beach yet not too noisy and crowded. The fireworks display on Fridays is indeed a bonus. My only wish would be to change the fixed shower head and maybe add a telescoping or flexible one. But my 7 year old daughter loved cooking here. It was a home away from home. Will definitely be back to Hawaii and to this place!

We were quite pleased with this condo. We ended up with just the two of us staying as we did day visits only with our son. The bonus is the proximity to Waikiki - we enjoyed walking at night and window shopping.
Added bonuses -- from the lanai you can watch the Hilton luau show and the Friday fireworks. Quiet room and comfortable bed! Definitely would recommend a stay in 1636.

Just got back home last week :). It was very relaxing and the best location we could asked for. The room was spacious, clean and the views were incredible (beach and lagoon). It was our fourth time in Hawaii. This time we got the best accommodation and location by far. Highly recommended! I will definitely return again.

We were absolutely thrilled with our condo 1636! It looked very good online and we didn't realise how much better it looked in real life and that view is absolutely magnificent! The photos of the condo online do not do that place justice at all!
My husband and I were so impressed and were very happy with everything - from the view to the amenities to the well stocked kitchen to the king size bed everything was absolutely perfect! It was a great way to end our vacation. We were so impressed with the condo that we're already planning on booking it for another vacation next year, this time we will be staying a lot longer.

The condo was fantastic! The view was amazing and location perfect. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have was that the shower head was too big for such a small space. Booking was simple and smooth and the company was quick in responding to questions. I will definitely book with them again and recommend them to others.

We stayed from 1-19-15 through 1-28-15. Everything was perfect about our vacation. The suite was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We had a couple questions once there and got answers immediately. The only thing that could have made our stay better was to stay longer, like for another ten days or even better, a month. We have never been let down with staying at the Ilikai but we had been let down by some rental agencies/property managers. You will not have any problem with Hawaii Vacation Properties, LLC.

We arrived with our 10 yr old daughter for 4 nights as we headed out to Australia from Canada. A large, clean, modern suite. Very comfortable bed. The couch was fine for a single bed sleeper. Full size kitchen appliances. Quiet location, off the strip a bit but grocery 100 m away in either direction. Our tours picked us up at the front door. We loved it.

Had a great stay at Iliaki suite 1636 being a great location for our holiday. My daughter is hoping to spend honeymoon here. Only 2 small problems light in shower not working and pillows might need to be changed.

We loved our stay here, the view was spectacular, we had our family visit for dinner the night of the Fireworks from the beach out front.there was plenty of room on the lanai for dinner etc.the most comfortable king size bed ever! Great Italian restaurant upstairs, walk to everything!
The kitchen and bathroom were a good size, big TV, plenty of storage, full size refrigerator, 10 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping centre or downtown Waikiki, a desk for our computer, boogie board, beach chairs and beach towels and little extras were terrific! I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Hawaii!

We visited form 1-12 August 2014. The Condo was Fantastic. Views were amazing, Condo was spotless and King bed and Queen Sofa were fantastic and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Pool was great and Hotel staff very accommodating. Staying at the quieter end of town was no problem Taxi,shuttle or walk in to town was easy and walk to Ala Moana about 10 minutes.Would most definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends.

We stayed here with our 2 year old and loved everything about the condo. The views were amazing; overlooking the lagoon, unabstructed views of the fireworks at the beach from the lanai, and we could even see the Luau at the Hilton as well. 2 minute walk to a playground. I loved the beachwalk to downtown Waikiki and was a short walk to Ala Moana Mall. Perfect condo, has everything you need and had great service from the staff, the valet, the cleaners, as well as the operators of the condo. Great condo!! The views dont get much better than this :)

Views were sublime, position excellent to take advantage of shopping and beach. Just far enough away from the maddening crowds to relax but easy walking distance to enjoy when you wanted.On good bus routes into town and out to Pearl Harbour. Apartment was tastefully decorated, with comfortable bed. Couch doubled as a pull out single bed (but not comfortable at all) Kitchen well appointed. Pin entry door was a good option. All in all, an excellent apartment with views and position.

We visited for seven days in June and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed although there was no toilet paper on arrival which could have potentially been embarrassing if we hadn't got some emergency tissues! An electric kettle would be a good idea too. It was convenient having beach chairs, a cool bag and beach towels provided. The condo was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable, the view from the Lanai was to die for. We have stayed in the area before and wanted the quieter end of town and we knew about the walkway around the lagoon along the beachfront and into town which is much nicer than walking along the main road. We enjoyed the independence of staying in the condo but also the security and assistance of the hotel staff. The pool was easy to access and didn't get too crowded that you were fighting for loungers, having pool towels provided was also convenient. We would definitely like to stay again and I would certainly recommend to friends.

Spent 7 nights in this great apartment with a super view over the lagoon and close to the beach. Plenty of choice of restaurants near by and 10 mins from the huge shopping mall. I would stay again if I come back to the island.

It did not, however, ruin our holiday - a cool shower in the warm Hawaiian air does not spoil an idyllic vacation unless you let it! Watching the Friday night fireworks from the lanai was special - would not hesitate to book this condo again!

We were there for 29days !! It was great !! We had the wonderful views and saw whales everyday !!! The suite was very well appointed with all the amenities of home... We were on the fireworks side and saw them twice a week !! 5 days aweek we had our very own hula show in the Mid-Pacific Conventions rooftop stage !!! We would definitely book that room again !! Thanks Kat !!!

A great clean condo with great views at a very affordable rate. Perfect location as well, would for sure stay here again. Loved that we had beach towels and Beach chairs. As well loved the big Lanai we spent evenings sitting out there with drinks and playing cards with friends size was perfect!!!

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 9 nights. We've stayed at the Ilikai several times, loving the convenient location, and this is one of the nicer units so far. The fully equipped kitchen is a definite plus for us, saving quite a bit of money on eating out every day. The condo also included several items for the beach that were nice to have. Most enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning with a cup of coffee and every evening with a glass of wine. The view is beautiful.
 
Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. If we return to Oahu we will definitely stay here again.

We visited Waikiki for the first time and stayed in 16th floor \"B\" Ilikai for a week this winter: the view from the lanai was fabulous, especially the friday night fireworks! We slept with the lanai doors open each night, just drew the blinds for some privacy. The condo was well appointed with ample cooking supplies (we made breakfast in most mornings), linens and beach needs (towels, boogie boards, cooler & chairs.) We rented a car two days to explore the island, but found walking, taxis and Uber car perfect for getting around otherwise. It was perfect for a couple, but might be a bit small for a family using the futon. Only suggestions to the owners would be to replace the shower liner and mattress (we found it a bit soft in the middle for our preference.) Would definately stay here again and have already recommended it to our family!

We loved the condo, and didn't want to leave. It was clean and modern. Just a few minutes to the beach, and trolley pickup right in front so it was very convenient to everywhere. The bed was so comfortable best nights sleep ever.Having the open Lanai with the view of the water was a dream vacation come true. The view of the fireworks Friday night were spectacular!!!The only issue which is not the fault of the condo was if the lanai is open early mornings you can here the deliveries below, but even with that said we would definitely stay here if we go again!!! Thank you so much!!!

Loved our condo, it was our second time staying in 1636, great place to stay. Only downer is that the ac unit is a little bit tricky to use. Other than that, we love it, and I'm sure we'll be staying there again.

The location was perfect and we could walk to the mall, the beach and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Have stayed here for the last two years, a month each stay and can't say enough! Great room, views and location for a great price! Very modern and up to date with full amenities, a home away from home! Full access to all the property has to offer! The rental process is simple and Kat is spectacular! We stayed here for 2 weeks for our wedding. It was the most amazing time, and this condo definitely played its part.
It was modern, really comfortable and roomy with a great view. It was really well appointed with a little kitchen, plenty of linen and a huge bed!!
We didn't want to stay in the middle of Waikiki as we wanted life a little quieter and this was perfect. It was just a short walk to the centre but close to shops, car rental places and the beach.
We had 5 groups of people staying at the Ilikai and it was easy to meet up and organise events etc.
Communicating with the owners was simple and seamless and we'll definitely stay here again next time

My partner and I spent a week in this condo and didn't want to leave. The facilities were spot on, we had everything we needed and more importantly the best view possible from the lanai. Quieter than the centre of Waikiki but within walking distance made it the perfect location.
