Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.
Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.
Available at nightly and monthly rates.Taxes and cleanings extra. Valet parking available $45 per day, make arrangements with Elite Parking.
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Recommend highly for Hawaiian vacation condo
We stayed at the Ilikai and it was wonderful. The condo was clean from top to bottom, and well stocked with kitchen essentials and toiletries. The condo has valet parking and the staff worked efficiently to get you in your car and on your way. The Ilikai grounds and two pools are well maintained and the ground floor has clothing, souvenirs and food and wines for purchase and water sports office. The Ilikai is within walking distance of bars, two ABC stores, private shopping stores. Just a walk down the ramp and you are at the lagoon, beach and surfing beaches. Property manager Chris was easy to contact via phone, concerns solved immediately. Would definitely stay again because nothing is better than the view of the Pacific from your balcony! We really enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. The property was in an excellent location, the beach is just a two minute walk away and the pool was very nice. Also, having a mini mart and a coffee shop on the bottom floor was super convenient and made our work remote stay super convenient.
