Loved our stay!

Our month's stay flew by! Your condo had everything we hoped for to be able to stay in and not have to go anywhere during the pandemic. Great location! The views were fantastic-amazing sunsets and rainbows! We miss our morning breakfasts on the lanai-your kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals and the bedrooms were comfortable! Our hats off to Shoto and Chris for timely repairs and to the pool staff for all their support during these hard times. It was also convenient to have a library, ice cream and convenience store available in the lobby! A great time was had by all and we'd love to return! Mahalo! - (Feb 2021)

A clean, well-maintained apartment with thoughtful touches.

Amazing Views!

Apartment 1243 (and I think all the xx43's) are corner condo's at the front right lagoon/beach end. Amazing views directly out to sea and to the right over the marina. We could sit there all day and night looking at the views. Watching the Friday night fireworks from the balcony was a highlight. It was also surprisingly interesting to watch the comings and goings in the Lagoon and Marina carparks too. The condo itself is a little dated in decor and furnishings, probably renovated once since originally built, but all in excellent condition. We knew that from the start via photos, and it wasn't a problem. The supplied amenities and equipment were appreciated, especially the folding beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. The only thing missing were teaspoons (only dessert spoons), tea/coffee, and enough dishwasher tablets for our 1 week stay. Again, the views from the rooms and two balconies were amazing! - (Feb 2020 - HVP)

Great stay...highly recommended!

Fantastic place right on the water. Great views especially on Friday for the fireworks. You are steps away from the lagoon and the beach. The sunset was amazing from the balcony. The property management company was very responsive about a couple of issues (beeping fire alarm). The employees of the Ilikai were very welcoming and kind and it was great having Cinnamon's right downstairs. It is a great location close to Waikiki ( about 15 min walk) but not right on the main area. - (Nov 2019)

Well appointed condo on the 12 floor with views on two sides.

Took a gamble on this AirBnB as my previous reservation was cancelled due to new laws prohibiting short term rentals in certain areas of Waikiki. The Ilikai has a personality and charm of it's own. And while some people would say it's dated, I kind of like it. I feel like I'm on the set of Hawaii 5-0 (the original one!). Our unit was at the back corner of the 12th floor, so two walls had panoramic views. Surprised at the value for money. Would definitely want to return to this specific rental. The only things that bothered me even just a little were the following: There is no air conditioning on the floor as you exit the elevator. It's hot, stuffy and muggy enroute to the unit as you get off the elevator--Kind of left me wondering what I was in for. The unit was great though---granite kitchen and floors throughout, nice ensuite master bathroom, with a second bedroom and bathroom on the opposite end of the condo. Nice dining area and sitting area to enjoy your coffee first thing in the morning. The TV was strange, though; both in terms of how to operate it and what was showing. Wasn't able to access network TV, just a lot non nondescript programming. I'm the type that likes to have the TV running while I'm puttering around, so I wanted some access to local programming. Most people probably wouldn't even care. Lastly, would have appreciated some better quality bath amenities. Other than those few things this condo really delivered. a wonderful stay and I will recommend to others

Thank you for the stay- we had a great time. Easy check-in, great location, wonderful facilities and photos were 100% true to the actual place. We did have a minor struggle with the internet on day 1 and 2, however this seemed to fix itself with repositioning the modem slightly (changing the angle). Overall we were very pleased with this property. Location, views, decor, beach bag & lawn chairs(to borrow), 3 cold A/C units and a kitchen fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Phenomenal place to stay.

Phenomenal place to stay. I got this place for my parents and daughter and we had a blast watching the fireworks Friday evening since it's right there! My dad loved watching the ocean at 5am everyday with his coffee and spent nearly the entire time on the lanai. This place was great!! - (Jun 2019)

It's a corner room at the Ilikai with great views. The location is great with close proximity to a lagoon, beach, and restaurants. Self-parking at the Ilikai Marina garage wasn't very close, so you're better off dropping off luggage before parking - (May 2019)

Enjoyed the view tremendously!!!

Enjoyed the view tremendously!!! Took a last minute business trip to Hawaii. Finding a place with three actual beds is not always easy but, this place had it and was in Waikiki where we wanted to be. Easy walk to the main action in Waikiki. Good amount of space in the unit, very comfortable. I could have sat out on the balcony for hours the view is just beautiful!
