The views were great, the room was comfortable with ice cold A/C!
We spent 8 nights at the Ilikai 2114 and loved almost every minute of it. The views were great, the room was comfortable with ice cold A/C. The location is fabulous with access to 2 pools, the lagoon and the ocean just steps away. The only complaint we have is that 2 of our neighbors (hotel guests) were quite loud and sound tends to travel well within the hallways and through doors.this was our 1st trip to Oahu. - (Aug 2022 - AirBNB)

Great Place to Stay!!
This was our first time in Oahu and this unit didn't disappoint. It has great views from the lanai of the lagoon, ocean and also the Friday night firework show!! It's a great space and close to everything you need in town.
A few recommendations for future stays:- Four beach chairs (Tommy Bahama from Costco)- A hard sided cooler with wheels for trips to the beach- Plastic cups- A few more dishes and glassesThanks so much for letting us enjoy the condo!!! - (Jul 2022 - HVP)

Amazing views and Aloha spirit
We had the best vacation ever! My husband and I, our 4-year-old, and my mother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed everything about the Ilikai! I loved this unit already from the photos - it showed that the moment you open the door you could see the ocean. That's what made me click BOOK! And it didn't disappoint. I definitely enjoyed seeing and hearing the ocean from the huge sliding doors on the lanai. The hotel: The Ilikai is a great location, 2 minutes from the lagoon and beach (a nice, under-crowded alternative to Waikiki Beach). Waikiki Beach was about a 1-mile walk. In the hotel was Dave's Ice Cream (delicious and my daughter loved it!), plus a convenient shop that sells everything you could possibly need and then some, Cinnamon's Restaurant, and the Aroma Cafe (I am now addicted to acai bowls!) The elevator was a challenge at times, but they do have a bathing elevator if you are going to the pool and that will get you there faster. The ONLY drawback is that the 2 pools, though both are amazing, are open limited hours (10am-6pm and 10am-7:30pm) and have occupancy restrictions, but all of that is due to covid and we still had a great time in both pools. The hotel gives you towels to use at the pool so you can dry off. Every staff member was friendly and had the Aloha spirit. On Friday night there was a hula concert where the performers explained the history and culture and then performed 2 hours of dancing and singing under the lighted tree. We loved it! A short walk across the street takes you to the Hilton Hawaiin Village which has more shops and restaurants as well. Since covid made it hard to get restaurant reservations, we ordered door dash that was delivered directly to our room a few nights. A huge bonus when you have a full kitchen and bar to sit at! The room: The room was stocked with everything you could possibly need, a full kitchen with stove and fridge, and the breakfast bar was great, too. The bathroom was spacious, although the tub is a little high up and a challenge to get into at times. Everything was clean, modern, updated, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. On the lanai there was seating and beach chairs for us, and even a cooler in the closet. Honestly I think they thought of everything! There's even laundry on every floor, which was very convenient when traveling with a little one, and great for drying beach towels (which they also provide!)I have to say all in all, everything about HVP was easy peasy - they had great communication, they kept me informed of everything I needed to know via email, and we breezed in and out of check in/check out with no issues. I would definitely recommend this property and company for families (and really anyone!) traveling to Honolulu. You won't be disappointed!! - (Aug 2021)

Beautiful location
Such a perfect place! And the view from the lanai - priceless!!! Clean, comfortable, and upgraded. Nice additions like a drawer chest to help organize luggage and a pull out clothesline in the shower. All the perks of a hotel with pool access and boutique stores and restaurants downstairs with the comfort of a condo with full kitchen! Best of both worlds =) Will be coming back soon! - (Aug 2021)

Million dollar view.
Condo had everything we needed plus a million dollar view. ABC stores were very close for snacks and Hilton Hawaiian Village was next door for dining choices. Beach supplies were included too. I will definitely stay here again. Very nicely decorated as well. - (Mar 2020 - HVP)

Exactly as advertised!
Location was fantastic, and instructions were all we needed to have a fabulous vacation. Didn't have to communicate with our contact at all because everything was listed exactly as needed. Price is very fair for Waikiki. If you are a respectful and responsible Air BnB user then you will have a most definitely enjoy your stay at this accommodation. Mahalo! - (Mar 2020 - HVP)

Found our favorite room at the Ilikai!
We were immediately struck at our good fortune in selecting this condo when we walked through the door. I already knew that the Ilikai is my favorite location in Waikiki, but now I found my favorite room. The beaches are so much nicer by the Ilikai and the area is very quiet in the evening as opposed to being in the heart of Waikiki. I also knew I wanted to be ocean-facing rather that street-facing for the "quiet factor" (and of course the view.) This condo did not disappoint. The decor is lovely. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stovetop, and coffeepot. There is a little office space and a sitting area -- pretty efficient use of space for a studio. The lanai is spacious with a tremendous view of the lagoon and ocean. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular at this spot. I was able to view the Hilton Hawaiian Village fireworks from my lanai, which was a treat. The Ilikai also provides some entertainment on given nights, which is nice. The beaches on this end of Waikiki are so much nicer than towards the Diamond Head side, in my opinion. Of course, there is a short walk involved, but I enjoyed the walk along the lagoon and beach to get to my favorite beach spot. I never rent a car in Waikiki, so walkability is important to me. Each morning I trekked the length of Waikiki Beach along the water and Kalakaua St. The mornings are so beautiful and quiet there. In the other direction from the Ilikai, you can walk to the Ala Moana Mall. (Though I recommend that on a rainy day...) Communicating with management when necessary was very easy - (Mar 2020 - HVP)

you guys and the property were great!
Clean, spacious, and overall great apartment and building. Loved the balcony too which is kinda rare. Perfect location if you don't want to be right in the thick of Waikiki yet still easily walkable. No complaints at all and would return for sure. Great service from the host as well.
Thanks again for all the help along the way. - (Nov 2019)
