Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experiance. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.
Your Hawaiian holiday in a luxurious condo will be walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shops and Waikiki attractions
Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jet skiing, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.
Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.
Available at nightly and monthly rates.Taxes and cleanings extra.
Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking. (valet)
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Pets

Our Great Vacation in Hawaii 2023

Best location!
Perfect location.really can't beat it. A lot of other "upscale" hotels are around but NONE can beat this location. Walk to the beach, walk to the lagoon. Within minutes of Chinatown, "rodeo drive" sort of downtown, piers for excursions, and Dave's ice cream downstairs. Valet staff always very kind and helpful. This unit had everything we needed. Reasonable price. Unit needs a little upgrading but it's Hawaii so you're not going to spend much time in your room. - (Jul 2022 - HVP)

Wonderful Waikiki Vacation with Beautiful View
We love the Ilikai! Iconic history and convenient location. This is our second stay at the Ilikai and this time we rented unit #2040. Very clean and well furnished with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the lagoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Guest of the Ilikai can utilize the lagoon as well as the two pools on the Ilikai property. We always enjoy breakfast at Cinnamon's and the Acai bowls from Hawaiian Aroma Caffe. Would definitely recommend the Ilikai to anyone and would stay there again. Very enjoyable vacation!! - (Dec 2021 - HVP)

Stunning view
We were very pleased with this unit. We fumbled with the lock a bit upon arrival but that may have been due to 22 hours of travel/layovers.?? The view is amazing and the furniture comfortable. We enjoyed using the lagoon, beach and pool. We had several meals at Cinnamon's and everything was delish!! Only one small complaint-could definitely upgrade those beach chairs! Awesome place to stay in Waikiki. Great location. Away from the crowds, but still close enough to everything. Bus stop in front of the building for easy access to all of Waikiki. Plenty of rental car options in the street, or in the Hilton. Easy walk to the beach and lagoon, 10 minute walk to Ala Moana mall to do some shopping. Apartment has awesome views, which if you're staying on a friday night means a great vantage point for the fireworks, and good amenities, but is a little dated. But this is Hawaii, so expect to pay more. We had everything we needed during a week's stay. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, sofa for the kids. There is a grocery shop in the building if you need anything (but be prepared to pay for the convenience).

The location view was excellent.
I stayed here for 7 nights and 9 days. The location view was excellent. My family spent time in Hawaii very happily.The swimming pool is not as good as other hotels.But thanks to you, we had a very happy time and will visit again next time.I'm sorry that I can't clean up every day.I hope to see you again next time. Paradise
There were a few minor repairs that needed doing, but the view and atmosphere made up for them. We've stayed at the Ilikai twice before but after the condo we will definitely asking for 2040 again. Early morning coffee on the balcony was devine! - (May 2019)

We really enjoyed our stay.
The place was exactly as described; Communication about check-in process was good; the place was clean and tidy; altho we didn't use them, we noted that beach chairs and umbrella were provided and kitchen appeared to have good range of equipment. Close to beach, shops and transport. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent Unit, Amazing View
Excellent Unit with everything we needed supplied, we were surprised to find beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach bag to take with us when we visited different beaches around the island. On Friday night we sat on the lanai and had the perfect view of the fireworks. Great location to be able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Would stay defiantly here again. Great location with amazing views of the beach, lagoon, and fireworks. Easy access to the pool and beach. Cinnamon's on the first floor was a great spot for breakfast. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for their Honolulu vacation!

Condo was impeccably clean upon arrival and the view from the lanai was perfect as advertised. Everything in the condo was high quality. Communication from property management was great - very detailed instructions provided, had no questions or issues about anything. Was nice to be in a condo instead of a hotel for a one week stay, we utilized the coin laundry after a few hikes and excursions. Not impressed with the Ilikai pool, but we were planning on being at the beach most of the time anyway. Condo has two beach chairs, two boogie boards, and beach cooler bag for use, which was appreciated. Would have been nice to have more than one beach towel each since we were there for a week, but that's the only negative thing about this condo so not a big deal. I really liked the location, we've stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (right next door) before and this condo is such a better deal, and comes with an ocean view to enjoy the waves with your coffee in the morning. Note that with this location you're NOT in the heart of Waikiki, which I actually prefer because it's quieter and just a quick walk into the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but also a quick walk the other direction to the Ala Moana shops, Foodland, Walmart, etc. Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again. Mahalo for a great vacation!

We had an amazing 8 night stay. The suite was perfect for our 8 night couple getaway. The absolute best was the view from our lanai....those morning kona coffee views are fixed in my mind!! The unit was clean and the kitchen was amazingly well stocked. We never wanted for everything. We loved the location as well. It was so nice to have beach and ocean off of Waikiki. Plus we walked everywhere!! We found any staff we encountered very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be looking into staying in this unit again the next time we are able get some time away from our real lives. Thank you!!!

The room was exactly as described.. We had a well stocked kitchen and good coffee maker !! Very important !! The view was perfect and we could watch the fireworks on Friday nights and the hula show on the top of the next building and saw some whales , all from the comfort of our lania !! The only thing was the "hard" bed and we wished it was a kingsize mattress , but hey we were in paradise !! I would totally recommend this suite to anyone looking to relax !!!

We recently stayed in suite 2040 and it was fantastic. This was our fourth time staying with Hawaiian vacation properties in the Ilikai and the suites have always been well equipped and nicely remodeled. The building is in a great location close to Ala Moana mall and Waikiki. The new wading pool is a nice addition and your right near the beach and even a surf spot!

My family and I loved the location of this property. It satisfied all the needs of teenagers and parents we were close to the mall and Waikiki beach. We stayed here for 9 nights and the room was very comfortable and clean on arrival, we had no issues with it. When a issue did arise the property manager was very prompt and professional in dealing with the matter and communication was great.

Good stay in unit 2040! It is has everything anyone needs for their vacation. Great oceans views over the lagoon and centre stage for the Friday night fireworks. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella all supplied. Kitchen stocked with the basic cooking equipment. Unit was clean and A/C worked well. Only downside was the rock hard bed. The Ilikai hotel is well kept, in a good location within walking distance to central Waikiki and Ala Moana.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. The view was spectacular! We were able to enjoy the fire works 3 times from the deck. It was like being in the front row of an awesome rock concert!
The kitchen was perfect and the overall room was well kept and updated. The beds were also very comfortable.
We hope to be back very soon.

The room was very nice. Had all we needed. The ilikai was very centrally located to all we wanted to do. Very easy check in and had no issues at all.

Lovely unit, facing lagoon and Hilton side. Has everything we needed. One thing for maintenance, the fan unit , circulating had a squeak , so was noisy. Apart from that, it was all good.
